  I ordered a specialty door from Home Hardware in Kingsville. First the manager Tyler told me it would take a week, the week past and no door. I received no call back telling me when the door was going to arrive. I called a couple days after and they told me 3-5 weeks. I waited 5 weeks and still no call. I called after the 5 week period and then they told me another week. I called back at the 6 week mark, still wasn’t in. So I called the next day and it was finally in. They delivered it and the door and it was wrong. I’ve been trying to return the door for weeks now and they WILL NOT help me out. They will not return the door that they messed up and are trying to have me purchase another and try to sell the one that they messed up. I have never dealt with such HORRIBLE customer service in my life. I will be telling everyone I know about this story and the problems I’ve dealt with with Home Hardware. I will never be purchasing another product from that store again. The mangers name is Tyler and he is the worst manager ever. He’s the one that took the order and he’s the one telling me just to sell and and purchase another one. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
